Lady Gaga's latest House of Gucci look paid homage to another Italian fashion house.

The superstar shut down the red carpet in her custom Atelier Versace gown at the upcoming film's Milan premiere. The fiery red silk-satin dress, featuring crisscross detailing, a sexy slit, and a modest train, was inspired the house's Spring-Summer 1995 collection, designed by the late Gianni Versace. The modern take on a curve-hugging '90s gown looks fresh on the multi-hyphenate, whose whole look evoked a sultry pin-up vibe.

The "Rain on Me" singer accessorized the look with matching red platform pumps and an array of jewelry by Tiffany & Co. She wore her hair trailing down her back with a small bouffant at the crown of her head, along with shimmery gold eyeshadow and smoky eyeliner.

The "Applause" singer also posted the look on her Instagram, with an emotional caption. "I cried all day doing press in Milan. I am so grateful and humbled to be in our movie #HouseOfGucci. Coming Thanksgiving! Father, Son, and tonight…Haus of @Versace," she wrote.

Donatella Versace herself left two gushing comments on the post, reading "FABULOUS! My beautiful Gaga," and "Love youuu @ladygaga."

The pop star's House of Gucci press run was highly anticipated, and her looks so far haven't disappointed. Gaga chose a fresh-off-the-runway Gucci design for the film's London premiere, a flowing, violet-hued gown with dramatic silk chiffon capes. She accessorized the look with her signature stiletto platform boots, a pair of mesh-knit fishnet stockings, and Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
